STAFF WELFARECELL
PURPOSE
The staff welfare cell aims to ensure the welfare of all employees and acts as a conduit for communication between them and management. This helps the staff create a productive learning environment and enhances their work environment. It works to foster a happy and healthy environment throughout the college in order to help it succeed more. For the employees to carry out their duties effectively and work towards accomplishing their objectives, a positive work atmosphere is essential. To safeguard the welfare of the workers, the management developed the welfare policy, which would improve the staff's competence in turn.
OBJECTIVES
The following are the objectives of the Staff Welfare Cell:
- To look after the requirements of the staff in order to maintain their excellent morale
- To create an environment where employees may succeed
- To inspire employees to become more engaged in their careers
- To encourage employees to participate in and present papers at workshops, seminars, symposiums,
- and conferences organized by our institutions and other organizations
- To inspire staff members to submit publications to peer reviewed journals
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The cell's additional roles and duties include:
- Holding frequent meetings to learn the expectations of the personnel in order to advance their wellness
- The provision of health examinations and medical services for all teaching and non-teaching staff members
